Whimsical: Dreamer, Silly, Imagination, Playful, Hopeful, Creative, Frivolous, Impulsive, Mischievous, Light, Fanciful, Wishful, Happy, Absurd, Fairy Tale, Make-Believe, Amusing. I love the words that describe "whimsical." As a child I was told many times that I was a day-dreamer. I suppose that is how I developed my whimsical, creative mind set. Interestingly, I married an 'only child' who had many, many hours spent alone developing his whimsical, creative mind set. His creativity shows up in writing, mine in the visual arts. We hope to one day write and illustrate children's books together. I've added this gallery to show some work that is a practice run toward achieving our goal. |
Dragonfly Friends Watercolor We moved out in the country about 6 years ago. I just love the dragonflies that we have out here! Not only are they fun to watch as they flit and play, but they also eat mosquitos! |
